If you are using a Sentinel HASP hardware key, it might not be installed correctly. If the page opens successfully, the Sentinel Admin Control Center is installed and running correctly. The Sentinel Admin Control Center page should open in your default Web browser. In the Licence Manager dialog, click the Sentinel Admin Control Center link located at the bottom of the dialog. A Sentinel HASP network key cannot be installed on a virtual computer. Note: If you are trying to verify a network licence but no features are listed in the Features list and the Warranty expiration date and Licence version fields are blank, your network licence might be installed on a virtual computer. On the Start Page in Business Center - HCE, select View Licence Manager. If you are using a Sentinel HASP hardware key, ensure it is plugged into your computer.
